Your Google account is the master key to our treasure trove of apps and services. To safeguard your digital fortress, we must establish a rock-solid password. But wait, there are some crucial rules to follow!

1. Choose a Unique Password: Think beyond "123456" or "password." Go for something personal but unpredictable.
2. Mix It Up: Combine upper & lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Eg: "P@$$w0rD!"
3. Avoid Common Phrases: Say NO to "password123" or "qwerty." Be more creative!
4. Length Matters: Longer passwords are tougher to crack. We require a minimum of 12 characters or more.
5. Don't Use Personal Info: Birthdays, names, or addresses are a no-go. Hackers love easy targets.
6. No Password Reuse: New account, new password. Please use something you haven't used before.

Hackers can be sneaky, but 2FA adds an extra layer of security. Even if they guess your password, they'll still need that second secret handshake to get in. 🤝🔑

3. Within the ‘Available second steps’ section, the most secure option is to use a security key. Some modern mobile phones have a security key built into them. If your phone shows up in this list. This is the best option.
4. The second best option is to use ‘Google prompts’ if this is available to you.
5. If you’re having trouble with these first two options, use the ‘Authenticator app’ as a last resort.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to enable 2FA.

Final tip: Set up multiple forms of 2FA on this page. If one doesn’t work for you then you can just use a different form when logging since you get a choice.
